Los envíos nacionales se hacen mediante GLS, Seur y Langarri (zona norte). Para artículos voluminosos hacemos envíos directos desde fábrica cuando nos lo permiten y sino lo enviamos con TSB.
El importe del porte se calcula automáticamente añadiendo los productos a la cesta.

Los artículos ofrecidos en nuestras tiendas están avalados por importantes firmas comerciales. Ofrecer la máxima calidad y la mejor garantía es nuestro compromiso con nuestros clientes. Si por cualquier motivo no queda satisfecho con su pedido, tiene un plazo de 15 días hábiles, a contar desde la fecha de entrega del pedido, para devolverlo. (Según art. 44 de la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modificada por la Ley 47/2002, de 19 de diciembre).
El producto debe ser devuelto igual que se entregó, sin utilizar.
Los gastos de envío y recogida en caso de devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente. Para realizar dicha devolución, el producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones, en su embalaje original sin romper, en perfecto estado. No se abonará ningún artículo que no nos llegue en perfectas condiciones y con su embalaje en óptimo estado.
Una vez recibida la mercancía en nuestros almacenes, y previa comprobación del estado de la misma, se procederá al reintegro de su importe conforme a la modalidad de pago realizada por el cliente, sin incluir los gastos de envío.
Todos los artículos de devolución deberán ser enviados por cualquier agencia de transportes o correos a portes pagados, en caso contrario serán devueltos.
Se admitirá la devolución de los productos defectuosos o erróneos, siendo el cliente quien se hará cargo de los gastos de envío, una vez nos llegue a nuestras instalaciones comprobaremos la realidad del defecto o error y si esta en buen estado le enviaremos el correcto sin ningún cargo. Se deberá comunicar esta circunstancia en el plazo de siete (7) días contados desde la fecha de recepción del envío.

- Acceda a la sección de \"Historial de pedidos\" de su cuenta.
- Seleccione el pedido del que quiere devolver un artículo.
- Seleccione el producto(s) que desea devolver marcando la casilla junto a su nombre(s).
- (opcional) Añadir una explicación, para que el equipo de la tienda pueda entender mejor por qué el cliente desea devolver este producto.
